“We
are all masters and messengers to each other,”
Sri
Sutrananda
The time of the individual master is
over. The time of the Guru is finished. In this new
century we are all Masters, we are all Gurus, we are all
Messengers to each other. Speak your ever-expanding
truth softly and clearly. Help each other remember, “We
are all one,” that “we are interdependent,” that “we are
unity,” that all living things are born out of the same
source, whatever you conceive that source to be. Learn
from the people who speak of unity. Learn to remember
that separation is an illusion and when you remember
that we are all one; spread the good news to all those
around you because you are a messenger, no more, no
less, than those who came before you. You brought your
self to this page because you are a seeker of the light
and because now you are ready, and now you understand
that you are no longer a seeker of the light, but a
bringer of the light.

His Teachings:
Enlightenment &
Self-Realization
Sri
Sutrananda created the 10 weeks or 20 days
Enlightenment and Self-Realization Program and the 40
days or 10 weeks Master's Training to help
others remember what they have forgotten. Enlightenment
it is everyone’s god given birthright. Once Enlightened,
people remember who they really are. Sri Sutrananda’s
program bridges ancient theories with modern day
examples about how to achieve Enlightenment and
Self-Realization in today’s world for today’s people.
Sri Sutrananda says that his way is not the only way, it
is merely another way proven to work. Remember "Paths
are many, truth is one". He says that Fear and
Guilt is the only thing that separates
you from the Truth of who you already are and what you
already know in the depth of your being.
Enlightenment it is everyone’s god given birthright
Sri Sutrananda
Enlightenment goes parallel with
Self-Realization. Through Enlightenment, your capacity
to understand expands because your brain activity
increases, expanding the capacity to absorb and process
more information. The frequency or vibration of your
being changes and you are no longer affected by events
that have provoked you in the past. For example jealousy
is a low vibration and one cannot be affected by this
vibration when the vibration of the soul has been
refined.
In Yoga
Self -Realization
is knowledge of one’s true self. This true self is also
referred to as the “Atman” or “soul” to avoid ambiguity.
The term “Self-Realization” is a translation of the
Sanskrit expression “Atman Jnana” (knowledge of the self
or Atman). The reason the term “realization” is used
instead of “knowledge” is that Jnana refers to knowledge
based on experience, not mere intellectual knowledge.
Self-Realization begins by asking the questions:
Who am I?
What is the real truth?
What is this world about?
What or who is god?
According to Master Paramhansa
Yogananda “Self-Realization is the knowing in all parts
of body, mind and soul that you are now in possession of
the kingdom of God; that you do not have to pray that it
comes to you; that God’s omnipresence is your
omnipresence, and all that you need to do is improve
your knowing.” Sri Sutrananda teaches Self-Realization
using “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjaili,” translated by his
beloved Guru, Sri Swami Satchidananda and “Inside the
Sutras” by Rev. Jaganath Carrera, whom he has had the
privilege of knowing personally, and his own modern
interpretation of the Sutras, what he call Gentle
Wisdom.
“The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
” are one of the six Darshanas of Hindu or Vedic Schools
and alongside the Bhagavad-Gita and the Hatha Yoga
Pradipika are milestones in the history of Yoga. The
reading of the Sutras is part of your path (training).
Read a couple of Sutras (short terse phrases) a day and
slowly digest it until the understanding becomes part of
your soul, do not worry if you don’t understand them
fully at the beginning, just keep up with your practice
and your reading without any expectations. You will find
yourself opening up to a whole new reality. The
Enlightened person becomes a wise person when knowledge
learned is applied.
One of the vehicles to Enlightenment
and Self-Realization is Pranayama, and one or the six
branches of Yoga: Jnana Yoga (Yoga of wisdom), Raja-Yoga
(Yoga of meditation), Hatha-Yoga (Kunda Yoga Sequences
of Poses), Karma yoga ( Yoga of service and good will),
Bhakti-Yoga (Yoga of devotion), and Japa Yoga ( Yoga of
sound).
Kunda Yoga

Kunda
Yoga is a scientific system designed for the harmonious
development of the individual in the twenty first
century. Sri Sutrananda has taken the most
significant part of each branch of Yoga creating a
perfect harmonious combination of Asanas, Pranayama, and
meditation to bring about self-realization. Kunda yoga
brings about enlightenment , by first, creating inner
balance, second, purifying and energizing the endocrines
glands and nervous system, and third synchronizing the
left and right hemisphere’s of the brain.
